Shipping details

We are happy to provide FREE shipping across Canada and affordable shipping to other countries. Items are shipped to your confirmed Paypal address. If product is in stock, allow 10 working days for shipping. If you are shipping to us, please label your package as a product return.

Return details

JF always puts his latest and most precise tuning into each instruments. If you are returning an instrument make sure all the items are back in the box and that there is no damage. Please note that a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be applied to your refund to cover handling and shipping expenses as we can’t afford to absorb that loss due to low volume – check Amazon handpans if your just looking to try and return 😉 The client pays for shipping both ways when returning an instrument under warranty. Re-tuning fee is 65$/h and JF can re-tune most materials. Custom instrument are none refundable – final sale.
