«I just received my handpan back after the tuning services were complete. This handpan now sings. The handpan I purchased was of a lower quality not from JF, but he was willing to take on the task, even after I attempted to tune it myself and made a mess of it; But the craftsmanship of JF brought it back to life and then some. JF always puts his latest and most precise tuning into each instrument.You have 10 days after your purchase to return an instrument. Make sure all the items are back in the box so they can't move during transport. Please note that a re-stocking fee of 5% of the purchase price will be applied to your refund to cover re-stocking and shipping expenses.

We offer a free re-tuning warranty

The client must pay for shipping both ways when sending an instrument in for repairs. We will do our best to get you back on track but re-tuning is a delicate process. There are no guarantees.
